Draft for approval.

Your cards stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Only what you choose to publish ever reaches us, and we never sell or share it for advertising.

Who we are

LinkFind is made by ITjustworks Ltd, which is responsible for your information. Our registered address is 113 Romford Road, London, United Kingdom, E15 4LY. You can reach us at support@linkfind.app.

Your cards

Your cards, their details and their photos are kept on your iPhone. If iCloud is on, they are also kept in your own iCloud account, which only you can read. Making and sharing cards needs no account with us.

Contact files and QR codes are made on your iPhone. We do not see who you share them with.

Publishing a card page

Publishing is optional. To publish, you sign in with Apple or Google. From that sign-in we keep only the ID number Apple or Google gives your account. We never see your password, and we do not keep your name or email address from it.

When you publish a card, we keep the public side of that card: your name, role, organisation and short bio, the details you have chosen to show on your card, its design, and its logo and cover photo if you have added them. Anyone with its link can see it. Details you keep private never leave your iPhone.

Your sign-in is kept on your iPhone. We keep a scrambled copy of it to recognise it, for up to 180 days.

Unpublishing and deleting

When you unpublish a page, it stops showing at once. We keep its last published version so that it keeps its link if you publish again.

When you delete a card, its page and what it showed, its logo and cover photo too, are erased, and its link is retired and never given to anyone else.

When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your sign-in record and every page you published, and retire their links in the same way.

LinkFind Pro

Pro is bought through the App Store, and Apple handles the payment. We never see your payment details. We keep the App Store's number for your purchase with your account, so that your card pages show your Pro features. If a purchase is refunded, we keep a record of the refund, without your account, so the purchase cannot be used again.

People who view a card page

Card pages set no cookies, carry no tracking and show no adverts. Save Contact gives the visitor a contact file made from the card's public side.

Keeping the service working

LinkFind's pages and server run on Cloudflare. As with any website, each request, including the address asked for, the time, your IP address and your browser's details, is processed to deliver it and keep the service secure, and is kept in logs for up to seven days.

If too many requests come from one address or account within a minute, we refuse more for a minute. Those counts are held only for that minute.

Reports and emails

If you report a card or email us, we keep your message and email address for as long as we need to deal with it.

Who else handles your information

We do not sell your information, and LinkFind has no advertising and no analytics.

Why we use your information

We use what you publish, your sign-in and your purchase to provide the service you ask for. We use logs, request counts and reports to keep LinkFind safe and working, which is in our legitimate interests and yours.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@linkfind.app. You can delete your account at any time in LinkFind's Settings. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch between light and dark at the top of a page, one cookie remembers your choice for a year. It holds nothing else.

Children

LinkFind is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
